Meet Hester

Meet Hester – ADHD coach, speaker, and the brain behind The Speedy Brain Society!

With a mix of lived experience and professional know-how, Hester is on a mission to help fellow ADHDers harness their strengths, build strategies that actually work, and thrive in a world that wasn’t built for speedy brains.

Having co-founded neurodiversity consultant Perfectly Autistic with her autistic / ADHD husband Kelly, they have gone on to train some of the biggest brands in the world.

Then when Hester was diagnosed with ADHD at 43, she dived headfirst into understanding ADHD, racking up over 250 hours of coaching and speaking to big names like Marks & Spencer, Sony Music, TUI, NHS and more. She even chaired a Neurodiversity Celebration Week panel on parenting and neurodiversity, which had over 10,000 people register!

You might’ve seen her in the OK Magazine, Metro, Daily Telegraph or maybe you have seen the viral clips from her interview on Alex Partridge’s ADHD Chatter podcast with clips having been viewed over 22 million times!

Life at home

When Hester’s not coaching, speaking or training companies, she’s navigating life as a mum to two ADHD/autistic teens. The Speedy Brain Society is her way of building the ADHD community she wished existed sooner—because life with a speedy brain doesn’t have to be so hard.

Ready to make ADHD work for you instead of against you? You’re in the right place.
